Related to Additional Contract Terms

  • Contract Terms means the terms applicable to and set out in this Contract;

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection.
