  • If the Depositor or Master Servicer directs that any Additional Designated Information is to be filed with any Form 10-D, the Depositor or Master Servicer, as the case may be, shall specify the Item on Form 10-D to which such information is responsive and, with respect to any Exhibit to be filed on Form 10-D, the Exhibit number.

Additional Designated Information. As defined in Section 9.02 Affiliate: With respect to any Person, any other Person controlling, controlled or under common control with such Person. For purposes of this definition, “control” means the power to direct the management and policies of a Person, directly or indirectly, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise and “controlling” and “controlled” shall have meanings correlative to the foregoing. Affiliates also include any entities consolidated with the requirements of generally accepted accounting principles. Aggregate Planned Balance: Not applicable.

  • Exempted Information means any Information that is designated as falling or potentially falling within the FOIA Exemptions or the EIR Exceptions; Expert means:
