Additional Easements definition

Additional Easements is defined in Section 2.3(J).

Additional Easements means those portions of the Property as described in Section 4, which boundaries Grantee shall determine during the Option Period by means of a survey as specified in Section 2(f).

Examples of Additional Easements in a sentence

  • No Additional Easements shall materially and adversely affect the Development or materially increase the cost of Development.

  • The Ground Lessee's rights, title and interest in and to the Facility Site, the Easements, the Additional Easements and the Additional Property shall for purposes of this Site Lease and the other Operative Documents be referred to collectively as the "Ground Interest".

  • Landlord shall have a reasonable right of approval of the location of all Additional Easements.

  • Except to the extent expressly amended hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Declaration shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to the Additional Easements described in this Amendment and to the use and maintenance thereof.

  • Landlord shall make good faith and commercially reasonable efforts to cause its mortgagees to subordinate their liens against the Master Lease Property to any Additional Easements.

  • In addition, all provisions for Inspections contained in this section shall apply to Inspections of the Additional Easements.


More Definitions of Additional Easements

Additional Easements means, collectively, the free, exclusive or non-exclusive (depending on the nature and use of the right or easement in issue) right and easement in perpetuity against the applicable portion or portions of the Lands, required by the Landlord from time to time, acting reasonably, for the construction, repair, replacement, operation, maintenance and servicing of Ontario Place, , together with the right of free, uninterrupted and unobstructed access, at all reasonable times, with such vehicles, equipment and supplies of materials as are necessary for, or incidental to, the exercise and enjoyment of such easements. In each case, such rights and easements shall be located and enjoyed by the Landlord so as not to materially adversely affect the use, occupancy or enjoyment of the Demised Premises, subject to any event of emergency in which case the Landlord shall use reasonable efforts not to affect the use, occupancy or enjoyment of the Demised Premises.

Related to Additional Easements

  • Utility easement means an easement of eight feet in width

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements listed as Permitted Encumbrances or as may hereafter affect the Leased Premises.

  • Conservation easement means a nonpossessory interest of a holder in real property imposing limitations or affirmative obligations the purposes of which include retaining or protecting natural, scenic, or open-space values of real property, assuring its availability for agricultural, forest, recreational, or open-space use, protecting natural resources, maintaining or enhancing air or water quality, or preserving the historical, architectural, archaeological, or cultural aspects of real property.

  • Easements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.12.

  • Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.
