No Additional Easements shall materially and adversely affect the Development or materially increase the cost of Development.
The Ground Lessee's rights, title and interest in and to the Facility Site, the Easements, the Additional Easements and the Additional Property shall for purposes of this Site Lease and the other Operative Documents be referred to collectively as the "Ground Interest".

In addition, all provisions for Inspections contained in this section shall apply to Inspections of the Additional Easements.
