Additional Encounter definition

Additional Encounter means any contact other than the First Consultation and Second Consultation provided by the Enrolled PCD to the Participant to enable or encourage the latter to comply and complete the screening pathway.
Additional Encounter means any contact other than the First Consultation and the Follow-up Consultation(s) provided by the Enrolled Doctor to the Participant to enable or encourage the latter to complete the smoking cessation plan.

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
