Additional Entitlements definition

Additional Entitlements means the monetary entitlements set out in Clause 19.2.
Additional Entitlements means the right to acquire additional Units that BPI receives in return for adding net additional royalty revenue to the Royalty Pool.

Examples of Additional Entitlements in a sentence

  • Gross Salary in this context, means the gross annual income of the Employee on which Additional Entitlements are based before this Agreement is entered into and before any other salary sacrifice arrangements that may already be in existence before this Agreement is entered into.

  • Additional Entitlements can be added by you through the issuance of a new Service Order or self-provisioning, where available.

  • No Additional Entitlements The offer by the Company of participation in the Plan and similar benefits is strictly discretionary, and neither this nor your employment contract provides or implies any expectation or right in relation to: (i) your participation in the Plan or similar benefits in the future; (ii) the terms, conditions and amount of any Plan participation or similar benefits that the Company may decide to offer in the future; or (iii) your continued employment with the Group.

  • Landlord agrees that, while Tenant’s Expansion Rights remain in effect, Landlord shall not transfer any development intensity associated with the Additional Entitlements approved by the City to any other sites or projects.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if Tenant’s Expansion Rights are no longer in effect (e.g. because Tenant does not pay Land Rent other than as a result of Tenant having made the One Time Land Rent Payment (as defined below) to Landlord), Landlord may at any time(s) freely transfer any development intensity associated with the Additional Entitlements to and other sites or projects.

  • Landlord is seeking Additional Entitlements that will yield up to 459,245 additional rentable square feet.

  • In no event shall any portion of the square footage comprising the Additional Entitlements be added to Building 6 or Building 7 so long as Tenant continues to have the Expansion Rights under this Lease and Tenant is paying the Land Rent.

  • Following the earlier to occur of the City’s approval of the Additional Entitlements (and all applicable periods for filing a legal challenge to the Additional Entitlements have expired) and August 15, 2016, Landlord shall cause a site plan to be developed in accordance with Landlord’s requirements but after consultation with Tenant (“Master Site Plan”), which shall be reflective of the Additional Entitlements approved by the City together with any existing remaining entitlements at the Project.

  • Upon Tenant’s written request from time to time during the Term, Landlord shall provide to Tenant updated information regarding the status of the Additional Entitlements, including, but not limited to, material correspondence between Landlord and any governmental authority regarding such entitlements.

  • In no event shall any portion of the square footage comprising the Additional Entitlements be added to Building 5 or Building 6 so long as Tenant continues to have the Expansion Rights under this Lease and Tenant is paying the Land Rent.

Related to Additional Entitlements

  • Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.

  • M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Security Entitlements means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset.

  • Entitlement means the number specified as such in the relevant Launch Announcement and Supplemental Listing Document, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;

  • Securities Entitlement means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset as set forth in Part 5 of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as the same may be amended from time to time.
