Additional Escrow Amount definition

Additional Escrow Amount means an amount equal to (a) all interest that could accrue on the New Senior Notes from and including the date of issuance thereof to and including the Termination Date and (b) all fees and expenses that are incurred in connection with the issuance of the New Senior Notes and all fees, expenses or other amounts payable in connection with the New Senior Notes Redemption.
Additional Escrow Amount means an amount equal to (a) all interest that could accrue on any Escrow Notes from and including the date of issuance thereof to and including the date of any potential mandatory redemption to occur if the proceeds of such Escrow Notes are not released from the applicable Escrow Account, plus (b) the amount of any original issue discount on such Escrow Notes, plus (c) all fees and expenses that are incurred in connection with the issuance of such Escrow Notes and all fees, expenses or other amounts payable in connection with any redemption of such Escrow Notes.
Additional Escrow Amount means an amount equal to (a) all interest that could accrue on any Future Escrow Debt from and including the date of issuance thereof to and including the date of any potential mandatory redemption to occur if the proceeds of such Future Escrow Debt are not released from the applicable Future Escrow Account, plus (b) the amount of any original issue discount on such Future Escrow Debt, plus (c) all fees and expenses that are incurred in connection with the issuance of such Future Escrow Debt and all fees, expenses or other amounts payable in connection with any redemption of such Future Escrow Debt.

Examples of Additional Escrow Amount in a sentence

  • The Additional Escrow Amount shall have been deposited into the Escrow Account.

  • The Additional Escrow Amount, from time to time, together with the interest earned thereon, shall be deposited and held in the Escrow Fund and released in accordance with Articles 4 and 5, respectively.
