Additional Increases definition

Additional Increases means that as set forth in Section 2.21 hereof.

  • Additionally, for the avoidance of doubt, it is understood and agreed that in no event shall the aggregate amount of the Additional Increases to the Revolver Commitments and the Floorplan Commitments exceed $200,000,000.

  • Annual increase means, initially, fifty-nine cents per month
