Additional Instruction definition

Additional Instruction means a written instruction, issued by the Owner to the Contractor, clarifying or finalizing requirements of the Contract Documents and not involving a change in the Contract Price or the Contract Time.
Additional Instruction. If the Subscriber qualifies under Category 2 and is a resident of Ontario, it must also complete and sign Schedule 1C attached hereto entitled “Form 45-106F12: Risk Acknowledgment Form for Family, Friend and Business Associate Investors”.
Additional Instruction. If the undersigned or, if applicable, the Disclosed Purchaser through the undersigned acting as its agent is an individual and qualifies under the definition of “Accredited Investor” pursuant to paragraphs (j), (k) or (1) above, it must also complete and sign Appendix I attached to this Schedule A entitled “Form 45-106F9: Form for Individual Accredited Investors”, and Appendix II attached to this Schedule A entitled “Individual Accredited Investor Questionnaire”.

Examples of Additional Instruction in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Axis may reject an Additional Instruction if Axis deems that (i) an Additional Instruction infringes the GDPR or other Union or Member State data protection provisions, (ii) an Additional Instruction is unnecessary to fulfil GDPR requirements, or (iii) it is not technically possible or feasible for Axis to adhere to the Additional Instruction.

  • In case of Axis’ rejection of an Additional Instruction, Data Controller may terminate the relevant and affected parts of this Data Processing Agreement and the Service Agreement with a notice period of three (3) months.

  • If the Company believes an Additional Instruction violates GDPR or other applicable data protection regulations, the Company will inform Customer without undue delay and may suspend Customer’s access to the Network until Customer modifies or confirms the lawfulness of the Additional Instruction in writing.

  • If Acoustic notifies Partner that an Additional Instruction is not feasible, the Parties shall work together to find a reasonable alternative.

  • Client may provide further legally required instructions regarding the Processing of Client Personal Data (Additional Instructions) as described in Section 10.2. If IBM notifies Client that an Additional Instruction is not feasible, the parties shall work together to find an alternative.

  • IBM may charge Client no more than a reasonable charge to perform such assistance or an Additional Instruction, such charges to be set forth in a quote and agreed in writing by the parties, or as set forth in an applicable change control provision of the Agreement.

  • If the Company notifies Customer that neither the Additional Instruction nor an alternative is feasible, Customer may terminate the affected service by providing the Company with a written notice within one (1) month after notification.

  • If the Company notifies Customer that an Additional Instruction is not feasible or Customer notifies the Company that it does not accept the quote for the Additional Instruction prepared in accordance with Section 10.2 below, the parties agree to work together in good faith to find a reasonable alternative.

  • Customer may provide further legally required instructions regarding the Processing of Customer Personal Data (Additional Instructions) as described in Section 10.2. If Acoustic notifies Customer that an Additional Instruction is not feasible, the parties shall work together to find an alternative.

  • If Acoustic notifies the Customer that neither the Additional Instruction nor an alternative is feasible, Customer may terminate the affected Service, in accordance with any applicable terms of the Agreement.

Related to Additional Instruction

  • Special Instructions as used herein, shall mean Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of a Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be included on the same instrument containing the Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • National Instrument 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations;

  • RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
