Notwithstanding the foregoing, Axis may reject an Additional Instruction if Axis deems that (i) an Additional Instruction infringes the GDPR or other Union or Member State data protection provisions, (ii) an Additional Instruction is unnecessary to fulfil GDPR requirements, or (iii) it is not technically possible or feasible for Axis to adhere to the Additional Instruction.
In case of Axis’ rejection of an Additional Instruction, Data Controller may terminate the relevant and affected parts of this Data Processing Agreement and the Service Agreement with a notice period of three (3) months.
