Additional Network definition

Additional Network means any Network subscribed to by a Network Vendor in addition to its Base Network.
Additional Network means the fiber constructed and installed pursuant to this Agreement as set forth on Exhibit A and consisting of the installation of fiber to the City’s Art Center and substation at Eden Prairie Center.
Additional Network has the meaning given to it in Section 2.5(d).

Examples of Additional Network in a sentence

  • If test results show that the Additional Network Facilities are performing in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria, Bridge shall be deemed to accept the Additional Network Facilities at the Installation Site immediately.

  • If test results show that the Additional Network Facilities are performing in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria, Customer shall be deemed to accept the Additional Network Facilities at the Installation Site immediately.

  • For the installation of Additional Network Facilities, Bridge shall, at its own expense, provide all necessary preparations of each Installation Site in accordance with the requirements to be mutually agreed upon by the parties and set forth in an Addendum hereto, including inside wiring, demarcation extension and rack mount accessories.

  • FirstWorld shall have the right to provide service to the Spectrum Service Area through a single Network or through multiple Networks, and may provide service to any Additional Area added to this Agreement from the Spectrum Network or from an Additional Network.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed as causing such switching facility to be a part of the Spectrum Network or any Additional Network, or requiring the transfer of such switching facility to a separate Affiliate.

  • SAVVIS shall not ▇▇▇▇ Customer for the Additional Network Facilities at such Installation Site until the test results show that the Additional Network Facilities are performing in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria.

  • As used here Additional Network Benefit Contracts means commercial narrow network benefit contract types in which you do not participate, as described in section 3b of this Appendix 2, but that provide for an additional network of providers for outpatient emergency services, inpatient services following an emergency admission, urgent care services and services pre-approved by United.

  • SAVVIS shall not ▇▇▇▇ Bridge for the Additional Network Facilities at such Installation Site until the test results show that the Additional Network Facilities are performing in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria.

  • Additional Network Services beyond the scope of this Work Order may require additional fees.

  • Additional Network Benefit Contract types will be identified by the notation “W500” on the customer’s ID card.


More Definitions of Additional Network

Additional Network means (a) any expansion of the telecommunications system being developed by SNA in the City into one or more adjacent or nearby cities, including without limitation the cities of Santa ▇▇▇ and Orange, where SNA enters into a revenue sharing agreement with any such city, and (b) any separate telecommunications system developed by any other subsidiary of SNI that holds a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity issued by the California Public Utilities Commission and enters into a revenue sharing arrangement with one or more public entities. Once a Development Fee is paid with respect to an Additional Network, no further Development Fee will be payable in connection with any expansion of that Additional Network.
Additional Network means a Network not previously included in the Collateral and to which Additional Network Assets relate.

Related to Additional Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
