If, after exhaustion of all appeals, a court of competent jurisdiction decides that the Additional Procedures for Mass Filings apply to your dispute and are not enforceable, then your Dispute shall not proceed in arbitration and shall only proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction consistent with the remainder of the Terms.
