Additional Proposals definition

Additional Proposals has the meaning specified in Section 9.02(c).

  • Inovio reserves the right to include such other proposals for stockholder approval, where such approval shall be required by applicable corporate or securities laws or rules of any Designated National Securities Exchange, in relation to any proposed transaction(s) allowable under, or consented to by VGX pursuant to, Section 4.2 (collectively with the Name Change and the 2000 Plan Amendment, the "Inovio Additional Proposals").
