Additional RECs definition

Additional RECs shall have the meaning in Section 4.7(c).
Additional RECs has the meaning specified in Part 7(a)(viii).

Examples of Additional RECs in a sentence

  • It shall not be an Event of Default under this Agreement if, solely as a result of change in Law, Seller fails to maintain or, with respect to the Additional RECs only, obtain, the qualifications required by this Section 4.7(c), provided Seller promptly uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that obtaining and maintaining such qualification will continue after the change in Law.

  • Additional RECs: (i) the RECs associated with energy generated by Additional Resources plus (ii) the RECs created in any month in excess of the Monthly Purchase Obligation.

  • All such purchases and sales of Additional RECs shall be separately tracked and reported, and Seller shall receive compensation for sales of such Additional RECs as described in Sections 4.12(c), (d), and (e) below (without regard to the Monthly Purchase Obligation).

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, NYSERDA shall have no obligation to purchase Additional RECs except as provided in this Section 4.12.

  • NYSERDA shall purchase Additional RECs from Seller for the purposes of resales to third parties, to the extent such Additional RECs are actually sold to voluntary purchasers as provided in this Section 4.12.

Related to Additional RECs

  • Additional Cut-Off Date means (a) with respect to Lump Addition Accounts or Participation Interests, the date specified as such in the notice delivered with respect thereto pursuant to Section 2.09(d) and (b) with respect to New Accounts, the date on which such New Accounts are originated.

  • Additional Account means each New Account and each Aggregate Addition Account.

  • Initial assessment means an assessment conducted prior to or at admission to determine whether the individual meets the service's admission criteria; what the individual's immediate service, health, and safety needs are; and whether the provider has the capability and staffing to provide the needed services.

  • Final Receipt means the receipt issued by the Principal Regulator, evidencing that a receipt has been, or has been deemed to be, issued for the Final Prospectus in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.
