Additional Support definition

Additional Support has the meaning specified in Section 2.3.
Additional Support. Tar Heel will provide frequent flyer program support on market terms to be agreed upon. In addition, Tar Heel will, if requested by the buyer and if reasonably practicable, provide to such buyer revenue accounting services, maintenance services, training services, fuel purchasing services and other services necessary for such buyer to operate Capitol Air upon market terms to be agreed upon.

  • Additional Support for Provisional Employees Before non-renewing a provisional teacher for performance-related reasons, the evaluator shall have observed the employee in the classroom and provided the employee with a comprehensive evaluation to assist the teacher in making satisfactory progress toward remediating deficiencies.

  • The aggregate amount of the aforementioned daily service fees and reimbursement of travel expenses shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Additional Support Cost" and they shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms set forth in Schedule I (Consideration and Payment Terms).

Related to Additional Support

  • Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.

  • Medical support means either the provision of a health benefit plan, including a group or employment-related or an individual health benefit plan, or a health benefit plan provided pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 514E to meet the medical needs of a dependent and the cost of any premium re- quired by a health benefit plan, or the payment to the obligee of a monetary amount in lieu of a health benefit plan, either of which is an obligation separate from any monetary amount of child support or- dered to be paid. Medical support is not alimony.
