Additional Third-Party Terms definition

Additional Third-Party Terms mean any additional third-party terms and conditions applicable to the Service. The Additional Third-Party Terms are part of the Standard Terms and shall be specified, as applicable, in each Service Schedule.

  • These Standard Terms, including the MSA, any Services Schedules, any Additional Third-Party Terms that are included in the Service Schedules and the Policies contain the entire understanding of the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

  • Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Products or other parties’ products or services, as applicable, and attached or indicated at Exhibit D.
