Additional Use definition

Additional Use means the additional use specified in item 22 of Schedule No. 2;
Additional Use means a use, in respect of a specific site, listed in Schedule 2 C to which clause 17 applies; AMENDED BY AMD 75 GG 23/6/17
Additional Use means any use for a Licensed Product other than the first use for such Licensed Product.

  • With respect to Additional Use: (i) the term of any additional Users’ access to the Service will be coterminous with the preexisting subscription term and all other terms of this Agreement, and (ii) Customer will be responsible for any additional fees for any Additional Use exceeding the authorized number of Users, Service Events, or SMS Events.

  • By exercising the rights and procedures described above, Microsoft does not waive its rights to enforce its rights under these Additional Use Rights and Restrictions or to protect its intellectual property by any other legal or contractual means.
