Address Search definition

Address Search means the Administrator’s search for Covered Employees’ mailing addresses using all reasonably available sources, including but not limited to the National Change of Address database, skip traces, and direct contact by the Administrator.

Address Search means the Administrator’s investigation and search for current Class Member and Aggrieved Employee mailing addresses using all reasonably available sources, methods and means including, but not limited to, the National Change of Address database, skip traces, and direct contact by the Administrator with Class Members and Aggrieved Employees.

Examples of Address Search in a sentence

  • If the USPS does not provide a forwarding address, the Administrator shall conduct a Class Member Address Search, and re-mail the Class Notice to the most current address obtained.
