First, the number of Cash Incentive Units granted as provided in Section 1(a) will be multiplied by the ratio calculated by dividing (x) the Adjusted Book Value as of the end of the Performance Period (determined as of December 31, [Year+2]) by (y) the Adjusted Book Value as of the beginning of the Performance Period (determined as of December 31, [Year-1]).
If the growth in the Company’s per-share Core Adjusted Book Value during the Performance Period is between the percentages listed on the table below, the Performance Percentage shall be determined using straight line interpolation between the percentages listed on the table below.
