If on any Transfer Date the Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount for the immediately preceding Monthly Period exceeds the sum of the amount of Available Funds allocated and available to fund such amount pursuant to subsection 4.06(a)(ii), the Class D Investor Interest shall be reduced by the amount of such excess, but not by more than the lesser of the Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount and the Class D Investor Interest for such Transfer Date (a “Class D Investor Charge‑Off”).
