Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount definition

Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Class D Investor Default Amounts with respect to such Monthly Period.
Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount means, for any month, the sum of the Class D Investor Default Amounts for such month.

  • If on any Transfer Date the Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount for the immediately preceding Monthly Period exceeds the sum of the amount of Available Funds allocated and available to fund such amount pursuant to subsection 4.06(a)(ii), the Class D Investor Interest shall be reduced by the amount of such excess, but not by more than the lesser of the Aggregate Class D Investor Default Amount and the Class D Investor Interest for such Transfer Date (a “Class D Investor Charge‑Off”).

  • Class B Investor Default Amount means, with respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Floating Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • Class A Investor Default Amount means, with respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Floating Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • Aggregate Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Investor Default Amounts in respect of such Monthly Period.

  • Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Defaulted Amount for the related Monthly Period and (b) the Floating Allocation Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • Aggregate Class B Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.
