Aggregate Collateral Balance definition

Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:
Aggregate Collateral Balance. As of any date of determination will be equal to the Aggregate Loan Balance plus the amount, if any, then on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
Aggregate Collateral Balance. As of any date of determination will be equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and any REO Properties owned by the Trust.

Aggregate Collateral Balance. With respect to any date of determination (other than the Closing Date), an amount equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans plus the amount, if any, then on deposit in the Prefunding Account.
