Aggregate Commitment Amount definition
Aggregate Commitment Amount means, as of any date, the aggregate of all Commitment Amounts as of such date. On the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount is $125,000,000.
Aggregate Commitment Amount means the total of the Commitment Amounts of all Lenders as in effect from time to time.
Aggregate Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount equals $200,000,000.
