The "Aggregate Option Number" shall mean the aggregate number of Lanacom Common Shares and other voting securities issuable upon conversion or exercise of all Other Lanacom Securities outstanding immediately prior to the Closing Time, whether or not such Other Lanacom Securities shall then be vested and exercisable.
