Aggregate Option Number definition

Aggregate Option Number means the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding Company Options immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Aggregate Option Number means the aggregate number of Lanacom Common Shares and other voting securities issuable upon conversion or exercise of all Other Lanacom Securities outstanding immediately prior to the Closing Time, whether or not such Other Lanacom Securities shall then be vested and exercisable.
Aggregate Option Number means the number defined in Section ----------------------- 1.6(g)(iii) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Aggregate Option Number

Aggregate Option Number means the sum of (i) 450,000 and (ii) the number determined by (a) multiplying 450,000 by (b) a fraction whose numerator is the positive excess, if any, of the Closing Market Value minus the Signing Market Value and whose denominator is the Signing Market Value (it being understood and agreed that if the foregoing fraction is negative, then the Aggregate Option Number shall mean 450,000).

Related to Aggregate Option Number

  • Stock Election Number shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.
