Aggregate Series B Preference Amount definition

Aggregate Series B Preference Amount means the Series B Preference Amount, multiplied by the number of shares of Company Series B Preferred Stock outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Aggregate Series B Preference Amount means the sum of (a) the aggregate amount in the Adjusted Capital Contribution Accounts maintained for each holder of Series B Preferred Shares plus (b) the aggregate amount accrued in the Preferred Return Accounts maintained for each holder of Series B Preferred Shares, pursuant to the Amended Operating Agreement, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
