Aggregate Series C Liquidation Preference definition

Aggregate Series C Liquidation Preference means the product of (i) the Series C Liquidation Preference multiplied by (ii) the aggregate number of shares of Company Series C Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Aggregate Series C Liquidation Preference means an amount equal to the Series C Liquidation Preference, multiplied by the number of shares of Company Series C Preferred Stock that are issued and outstanding as of immediately prior to the First Effective Time.
