Aggregate Unused Commitments definition

Aggregate Unused Commitments means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the then Unused Commitments of all Series of Warehouse Notes then outstanding.
Aggregate Unused Commitments means at any date, an amount equal to the Aggregate Commitments less the Aggregate Principal Amount Outstanding (but without giving effect to any outstanding Swing Loans).

  • The Borrowers may, upon at least 3 Domestic Business Days' notice to the Agent, terminate at any time, or proportionately and permanently reduce the Aggregate Unused Commitments from time to time by an aggregate amount of at least $5,000,000 or any larger integral multiple of $1,000,000.
