Examples of Aim of the Project in a sentence

  • The Participant must not use Funds towards the purchase of Assets unless the Asset is identified in the Project Budget and is consistent with the Aim of the Project and Program Objectives.

  • Without limiting clause 14.1, the Participant must keep comprehensive written records of the conduct of the Project including progress against the Milestones and the extent to which the Project is achieving the Aim of the Project and the Program Objectives.

  • If the Works must be varied to obtain any Approval, the Participant must notify the Department in writing of those variations and must ensure that no variation will adversely affect the Project, the Works, the Aim of the Project and Program Objectives and the use of the Works for the Designated Use throughout the Designated Use Period.

  • The Participant must participate, at its own cost and as reasonably required by the Department, in studies, evaluations and other activities intended to analyse the success of each Project in achieving the Project Objectives and the Aim of the Project, on terms required by the Department.

  • The Participant must immediately notify the Department of a potential failure or failure to meet a Milestone or perform the Project and achieve the Program Objectives and the Aim of the Project (in this clause 16, a Problem).

  • The Participant must: provide accurate, informative and timely advice to the Department on any matters that could impact on the Aim of the Project and the Program Objectives; and provide the Department with draft copies of all intended public communication materials as follows: printed materials (including data reports), at least 4 weeks prior to publication; and media releases with at least 2 Business Days' notice.

  • Corrective action The Participant must immediately notify the Department of a potential failure or failure to meet a Milestone or perform the Project and achieve the Program Objectives and the Aim of the Project (in this clause 16, a Problem).

Related to Aim of the Project

  • Cost of the Project means and embraces the cost of construction; the cost of all

  • Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
