Alert Logic definition

Alert Logic means the managed cloud security and compliance solutions provided by Alert Logic.
Alert Logic means the Alert Logic entity that is a party to this DPA, or if not otherwise specified, Alert Logic, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware and its primary address as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, or an Affiliate of Alert Logic, Inc.
Alert Logic means either Alert Logic, Inc. (if Customer is located in North America) or Alert Logic UK Ltd. (if Customer is located outside North America).

Examples of Alert Logic in a sentence

  • Alert Logic and Threatstack are used for security monitoring, and New Relic is used for instance and application monitoring.

  • Alert Logic is an independent contractor to Customer and this Agreement will not establish any relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency between Alert Logic and Customer.

  • Any Sensitive Data transmitted to an intrusion detection system provided by Alert Logic to Customer as part of the Services must be encrypted in accordance with good practice, and any encryption keys provided to Alert Logic must be configured such that only the end points can be decrypted by Alert Logic and the Sensitive Data remains encrypted.

  • Neither Alert Logic nor Customer will have the power to bind the other or incur obligations on the other’s behalf.

  • Customer will not transmit any system logs or log data to Alert Logic that contain Sensitive Data.

  • Alert Logic assumes no responsibility to interpret or segment Customer Data based upon its contents or characteristics, and reserves the right to delete any decrypted Sensitive Data that is transmitted to the Service of which Alert Logic becomes aware, with advance notice to Customer.
