Allocation Option definition

Allocation Option. Any account to which Purchase Payments may be allocated or Contract Value transferred under this Contract.
Allocation Option. Any account within the Guaranteed Account and any Sub-Account of the Variable Account into which amounts may be allocated under this Contract.
Allocation Option. Any account to which Purchase Payments may be allocated or Contract Value transferred under this Contract. Annuity Commencement Date: The date as of which the Contract Value, less applicable premium tax, is applied to an Annuity Option.

Examples of Allocation Option in a sentence

  • During the Accumulation Phase, you can transfer all or a part of the Contract Value in an Allocation Option into another Allocation Option by providing an Authorized Request.

  • We deduct the Contract Maintenance Charge proportionately from each Allocation Option.

  • Subject to the restrictions contained in the Contract on transfers, the minimum transfer amount is $250 or your entire interest in any Allocation Option, if less.

  • However, an amount of at least 1% of the Invested Purchase Payment must be allocated to any Allocation Option.

  • We deduct money from an Index Option proportionately based on the percentage of Contract Value in each Allocation Option, unless you specify otherwise.

  • When we deduct the Product Fee, we deduct it proportionately from each Allocation Option.

  • Currently, you may select any Allocation Option which is available at the time the Purchase Payment or transfer is made.

  • The Holding Account is not an Allocation Option that you can allocate your Purchase Payment or Account Value into.

  • On the Term End Date, the Investment Amount adjusted by any Performance Rate will automatically renew into the same Shield Option, unless you elect to transfer into a different Allocation Option, or any account/option added by rider during the Transfer Period.

  • An amount of at least $5,000 must be allocated to the DCA Fixed Rate Investment Option, and at least 1% of the Invested Purchase Payment must be allocated to any other Allocation Option.

Related to Allocation Option

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.

  • Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.

  • Termination Option Event means an event of a kind defined as such in Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.8.

  • Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

  • Second Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1(b) hereof.
