Allowed Fees definition

Allowed Fees means, in each case with respect to the Bankruptcy Cases, fees and reimbursement for expenses of professionals retained by the Borrowers and/or a statutory committee of unsecured creditors allowed or payable pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including, without limitation, pursuant to monthly fee statements, that has not been vacated, stayed or appealed, under sections 327, 328 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Allowed Fees means, in each case with respect to the Bankruptcy Cases, fees and reimbursement for distributions of professionals retained by the Issuer and the official committee of unsecured creditors appointed by the United States Trustee’s Office in the Bankruptcy Cases and allowed or otherwise payable pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including, without limitation, pursuant to monthly fee statements, that has not been vacated, stayed, appealed or objected to by the Trustee, under sections 327, 328 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Examples of Allowed Fees in a sentence

  • The Towing Company may charge less than the fees identified in Exhibit A, but may not charge more than the Maximum Allowed Fees.

  • The Maximum Allowed Fees to be charged the Owner for towing and storage of any Vehicle towed at the direction of the City shall be as listed in Exhibit A.

  • Maximum Allowed Fees – Maximum rates charged as listed in Exhibit A for towing and storage of any vehicle towed at the direction of the City.

  • Driver Premium Hourly Rate: The Towing Company may charge an additional driver premium pay up to the rate set for in Exhibit A – Maximum Allowed Fees, premium pay may be charged during the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, and all City recognized holidays.

Related to Allowed Fees

  • Allowed Interest means an Interest in any Debtor, which has been or hereafter is listed by such Debtor in its books and records as liquidated in an amount and not disputed or contingent; provided, however, that to the extent an Interest is a Disputed Interest, the determination of whether such Interest shall be allowed and/or the amount of any such Interest shall be determined, resolved, or adjudicated, as the case may be, in the manner in which such Interest would have been determined, resolved, or adjudicated if the Chapter 11 Cases had not been commenced; and provided further, however, that proofs of Interest need not and should not be filed in the Bankruptcy Court with respect to any Interests; and provided further, however, that the Reorganized Debtors, in their discretion, may bring an objection or motion with respect to a Disputed Interest before the Bankruptcy Court for resolution.

  • Allowed Amount means the total amount of reimbursement allocated to a covered Service and includes both the BCBSAZ payment and the Member Cost-share payment. BCBSAZ calculates deductible and Coinsurance based on the Allowed Amount, less any access fees or Precertification Charges. BCBSAZ uses the Allowed Amount to accumulate toward any Out-of-pocket Coinsurance Maximum or Out-of-pocket Maximum that applies to the member’s Benefit Plan. The Allowed Amount does not include any balance bills from noncontracted Providers. The Allowed Amount is neither tied to, nor necessarily reflective of, the amounts Providers in any given area usually charge for their services. The table below shows how BCBSAZ determines the Allowed Amount:

  • Allowed Unsecured Claim means all or that portion of an Unsecured Claim which is an Allowed Claim.

  • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.

  • Allowed Administrative Claim means all or that portion of an Administrative Claim which is an Allowed Claim.
