Amendment Documentation means any amending and restating documentation in respect of any contemplated restructuring of, or amendment to, the terms of the Loan Agreement in the Agreed Form.

  • Each Secured Party hereby irrevocably appoints and designates Bank of America as the Agent, Barclays Bank PLC as the Documentation Agent, Keybank National Association and Société Générale as the Amendment Documentation Agents, under all Loan Documents and each of Bank of America, Barclays Bank PLC, Keybank National Association and Société Générale hereby accepts such appointment.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
