Amendments and Modifications definition

Amendments and Modifications herein. Material changes to the Scope of Work include, but are not limited to, changes in key personnel involved with the Project, the site of the Project, and the milestones expected to be achieved.
Amendments and Modifications. Any waivers, alterations, modifications, or amendments of any provision in this Agreement shall not be binding unless such waiver, alteration, modification or amendment is in writing and signed by the respective parties hereto.
Amendments and Modifications is defined in the recital section hereto. “Bank Expenses” are all audit fees and expenses and reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) for preparing, negotiating, administering, defending and enforcing the Loan Documents (including appeals and Insolvency Proceedings).

  • Any deemed approval pursuant to these Amendments and Modifications shall constitute approval solely for purposes of making progress payments and shall not constitute a waiver of the Owner's rights to have all defective or incomplete work corrected and performed in accordance with this Agreement, or to later modify or amend a certification and approval or Deficiency Notice.

Related to Amendments and Modifications

  • Amendments are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B). A permit modification for purposes of the acid rain portion of the permit shall be governed by the regulations pertaining to acid rain found at rules 567—22.120(455B) to 567—22.147(455B). This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Permitted Amendments has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.
