Amendments to Security Documents definition

Amendments to Security Documents means, collectively, an Amendment to Security Agreement (Borrower) in the Form of Exhibit D-1, an Amendment to Security Agreement (Parent Guarantors) in the form of Exhibit D-2, an Amendment to Security Agreement (Affiliate Guarantor) in the form of Exhibit D-3, and an Amendment to Real Estate Mortgage in the form of Exhibit F.

Related to Amendments to Security Documents

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.

  • U.S. Security Documents means the U.S. Security Agreement, any deposit account control agreements or securities account control agreements covering the deposit accounts or securities accounts of the U.S. Note Parties and any other security agreements, pledges, or similar agreements or documents executed in connection therewith.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
