Analogous Events definition

Analogous Events any event occurs which under the laws of Mexico has an analogous effect to any of the events referred to in paragraphs (d) to (g) above; or

  • Each of the Clauses from Clause 14.1 (Failure to Pay) to Clause 14.12 (Analogous Events) describes the circumstances which constitute an Event of Default for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default of the type described in Clauses 26.1(h) (Expropriation), 26.1(k) (Insolvency), 26.1(l) (Winding-Up), 26.1(m) (Appointment of Officer) or 26.1(n) (Analogous Events), the Loans, all interest accrued on them and any other amounts payable under this Agreement or the Loan Agreements will become immediately due and payable without any presentment, demand, protest or notice of any kind, all of which the Company waives.

  • Distress Event means any of:
