Annual Scope of Work definition

Annual Scope of Work means the Scope of Work setting out the Services to be provided in respect of the Retainer Fee by TrunkBBI on an annual Retainer Basis, and as may be amended by the pakies from time to time in writing;
Annual Scope of Work means the Scope of Work setting out the Services to be provided by Agency on an annual basis, in the form as set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1, and as may be amended by the Parties from time to time in writing.
Annual Scope of Work means an indicative high-level description and programme of the proposed and anticipated projects, activities and campaigns which a relevant Authority intends to implement and activate in a Financial Year including a description of the scope of work and services to be provided by the Service Provider to support the delivery of such projects;

Examples of Annual Scope of Work in a sentence

  • This Fee is fixed for each Year of this Agreement and will not be increased or decreased unless the parties mutually agree to amend the Annual Scope of Work in accordance with Section 12.

  • The Fees will be calculated using the hourly charge out rates shown in the Annual Scope of Work.

  • In addition to the Fees set out above, if Agency meets the criteria specified in this Annual Scope of Work for a performance related payment, Advertiser will also pay Agency the performance related payment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation or termination of the Annual Scope of Work will be subject to Advertiser giving notice to Agency, in accordance with Section 25.1.

  • The Annual Scope of Work may include one or more Schedules which incorporate additions and amendments to these General Terms to reflect the different types of Services to be provided for the Retainer Fee.

  • During the Term, the parties shall conduct a full two-way evaluation of their relationship every [six/twelve] months to enable each party to review the status and provision of the Services and the Deliverables under an Annual Scope of Work, and to seek to mutually resolve any issues that have arisen.

  • In consideration of the Agency providing the Services set out in the Annual Scope of Work and any Project Scope of Work, the Client shall pay the Agency the Retainer Fee and the Project Fee which shall be payable in accordance with clause 12.9. On or before [date] and then on or before [date] in each subsequent Year, the parties shall commence negotiations in good faith to agree the Retainer Fee for the next Year of this Agreement and a new Annual Scope of Work for such Year.

  • Participant agrees to participate in the Annual Scope of Work with HIO, as applicable.

  • The Retainer Fee has been calculated and agreed by reference to the estimated amount of time for the Agency to deliver the Services set out in the Annual Scope of Work by reference to the Rate Card.

Related to Annual Scope of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Project Scope means the scope of the Proposed Project that has been mutually agreed to by the Authority and the District and as is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
