Anonymized Data definition

Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.
Anonymized Data means Customer Data permanently stripped of identifying details and any potential personally identifiable information, by commercially available standards which irreversibly alters data in such a way that a data subject (i.e., individual person or entity) can no longer be identified directly or indirectly.
Anonymized Data means De-identified Data, as defined below, which does not include a record code and cannot be linked to the original data source.

  • Flock shall have the right to collect, analyze, and anonymize Customer Data and Customer Generated Data to the extent such anonymization renders the data non- identifiable to create Anonymized Data to use and perform the Services and related systems and technologies, including the training of machine learning algorithms.

  • Customer hereby grants Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use and distribute such Anonymized Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes, and other Flock offerings.

More Definitions of Anonymized Data

Anonymized Data means any Student Education Record rendered anonymous in such a manner that the student is no longer identifiable. For example, this includes non-identifiable student assessment data and results, and other metadata, testing response times, scores (e.g. goals, RIT), NCES codes, responses, item parameters, and item sequences that result from the Services.
Anonymized Data means information which does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person and/or Personal Data rendered anonymous in such a manner that it cannot be re-associated with the underlying Personal Data or used to re-identify an individual. Anonymized Data also includes Aggregate Data where aggregation of the individual values into summary data no longer contains details related to a specific individual.
