Antitrust Order definition

Antitrust Order means any legislative, administrative or judicial action, decree, judgment, injunction, decision or other order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) that restricts, prevents or prohibits the consummation of the Acquisition or any other transactions contemplated by the Transaction Agreement under any Antitrust Law;
Antitrust Order means any judgment, injunction, order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) or decree issued under or with respect to any Antitrust Laws.
Antitrust Order has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(b).

More Definitions of Antitrust Order

Antitrust Order means any Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) or decree issued under or with respect to any Antitrust Laws.
