API Content definition

API Content means data or information made available by or delivered through a particular API, subject to the terms and conditions identified below.
API Content has the meaning set out above.
API Content means any content provided through SmartMap API Service, including map and point of interest data (including business listing), or any other content.

  • The parties acknowledge that the API, Content and any services are provided “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE API OR ANY SERVICES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • AroFlo grants to the Client a non-transferrable, non-exclusive, revocable licence (without the right to sublicense) to: (a) use the API solely as necessary to develop, test, operate and support the Client’s App using certain API Content accessed via the API; and (b) distribute or allow access, including for a fee, to the Client’s integration of the API within the App to end users of the App (the Licence).


More Definitions of API Content

API Content means data output from the API calls. If you have an OPE Sandbox account, you have, prior to entering the OPE Sandbox environment, accepted the OPE terms and conditions for the web service regarding the OPE Sandbox related to the Products. See attached document. In the event of any deviation between the OPE Sandbox terms and conditions and these Terms, these Terms shall have precedence. If you as an OPE Customer use any of our Products to offer services to a Payment Service User (account holder or account owner) outside your organization you must inform them that you use OPE to deliver the services of the Products and that OPE may share data and API-content output from the Payment Service User with you as Customer of OPE.
API Content means any content provided through SmartMap Data Services, including map and point of interest data (including business listing), or any other content.
API Content means Data or information made available by or delivered through the API, whether through its Client UAT Environment or Production Environment.

Related to API Content

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
