API Software definition

API Software means API Library (a programming library to build order submission/retrieval against the Trading System), as modified or enhanced from time to time.
API Software means ISI’s application interfacing software in object code form that is designed to integrate with Customer’s HR and payroll systems that are necessary for the performance of the SaaS Service.

  • Further, unless otherwise specified in an applicable SOW, Docebo takes no ownership interest in or rights to any third-party software code that incorporates the API Software and Protocols or Code Snippets, unless otherwise agreed by the parties upon in writing.

  • Docebo expressly disclaims and shall have no liability to Company or any third party for how the API Software and Protocols or Code Snippets are used, whether authorized or not authorized by Company.

  • In addition to these Customer Terms: The API Terms of Service (“API Terms”) apply to your use of the API Software (if you use the API Software).

Related to API Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
