Applicable Day Count Fraction definition

Applicable Day Count Fraction means, with respect to any Distribution Period (or portion thereof), the actual number of days in such Distribution Period (or portion thereof) divided by 360.
Applicable Day Count Fraction means, with respect to any Dividend Period or portion thereof, the number of days in such Dividend Period or portion divided by 360.

  • Discount Fraction With respect to each Discount Mortgage Loan, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Discount Net Mortgage Rate minus the Net Mortgage Rate (or the initial Net Mortgage Rate with respect to any Discount Mortgage Loans as to which the Mortgage Rate is modified pursuant to 3.07(a)) for such Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is the Discount Net Mortgage Rate. The Discount Fraction with respect to each Discount Mortgage Loan is set forth as an exhibit attached to the Series Supplement.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.
