Applicable Law definition

Applicable Law means all laws, statutes, common law, regulations, ordinances, codes, rules, guidelines, orders, permits, tariffs and approvals, including those relating to the environment or health and safety, of any Governmental Authority that apply to the Parties or the subject matter of this Agreement.
Applicable Law means the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in Kenya.
Applicable Law means the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in the Philippines as they may be issued and enforced from time to time.

Examples of Applicable Law in a sentence

  • The Drawings and Specifications shall conform and comply with the requirements of this Agreement, including the Scope of Work, Basis of Design, GECP, Applicable Codes and Standards, Applicable Law, and all applicable provisions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Applicable Law

Applicable Law means the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in the Republic of Kenya as they may be issued and in force from time to time;
Applicable Law means, with respect to any person, all provisions of laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, permits, certificates, judgments, decisions, decrees or orders of any governmental authority applicable to such person.
