Applicable Ownership Interests in the Treasury Portfolio means the aggregate of each Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio that is a component of all Corporate Units then Outstanding.

  • On the Business Day immediately prior to the Purchase Contract Settlement Date, the Collateral Agent shall, at the written direction of the Purchase Contract Agent, invest the cash Proceeds of the maturing Pledged Treasury Securities or the Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, in Permitted Investments.

  • Applicable Ownership Interest means, with respect to the Treasury portfolio,
