Applicable Regulatory Framework definition

Applicable Regulatory Framework means this Act, the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 and any regulations, administrative determination, adjudicative decision, order, direction, licence or other form of authorization made or issued in accordance with these Acts;
Applicable Regulatory Framework means the rules, regulations, orders, directives, instructions, codes, procedures, and directions issued by the Ministry or Department.
Applicable Regulatory Framework means the telecommunications law, the executive by- law, regulations, instructions, orders, notices, licenses and decisions issued by the Regulatory Authority to the extent the same have been promulgated and are formally binding on the Parties as, or pursuant to, the laws of Qatar;

  • Where it is necessary for Ooredoo to change the Agreement in accordance with the Applicable Regulatory Framework, Ooredoo shall provide the Customer with written notice of such changes before the changes become effective or as soon as practical.

More Definitions of Applicable Regulatory Framework

Applicable Regulatory Framework means the terms and conditions of Es’hailSat applicable Licenses and annexures, relevant legislation and international treaties, and any regulations, decisions, orders, rules, instructions or notices issued by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).
