  • As of the Applicable Series Closing Date, the Issuers own the Mortgaged Properties and related Leases as indicated on Exhibit A-1 and the Mortgage Loans as indicated on Exhibit A-2 and each Issuer has pledged such Mortgaged Properties, Leases and Mortgage Loans owned by it to the Indenture Trustee as security for the indebtedness evidenced by the Indenture and each Series of Notes issued under the Indenture.
