Applicable Threshold Amount definition

Applicable Threshold Amount means at least $18.8 million or more of total assets or such other amount of total assets as determined by the Company in compliance with 16 C.F.R.§ 801.11 and used in Section 7A(a)(2)(B) of the HSR Act.

Related to Applicable Threshold Amount

  • Threshold Amount means $50,000,000.

  • Dividend Threshold Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a)(v).
