Applicant Agent definition

Applicant Agent means any entity specified in the Registration for the Project and the subject of an executed Confirmation of Agent’s Authority.
Applicant Agent. A person designated in writing by the Interconnection Customer to represent or provide information to the Area EPS on the Interconnection Customer’s behalf throughout the interconnection process. Area EPS – The electric power distribution system connected at the Point of Common Coupling. Business Day – Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays as defined by Minn. Stat. §645.44, Subdivision 5.
