Government Servant means any person appointed by Government to any civil service or post in connection with the affairs of the Union & includes a civilian in a Defence service;
permitted supranational agency means any of the following:
applicant Party means the Contracting Party requesting information;
Bona fide agency, as used in this clause, means an established commercial or selling agency, maintained by a contractor for the purpose of securing business, that neither exerts nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain Government contracts nor holds itself out as being able to obtain any Government contract or contracts through improper influence.
Primary care provider means a participating provider who supervises, coordinates, or provides initial care or continuing care to a covered person, and who may be required by the health carrier to initiate a referral for specialty care and maintain supervision of health care services rendered to the covered person.
