Application Content definition

Application Content has the meaning set out in Section 4.
Application Content means the prebuilt visual representations, metrics, and overlays made available through the SaaS Services, whether such representations are in graphic, written, or any other visual form. Customer Data informs, but does not create, Application Content.
Application Content means any and all data, text, graphics, reports and information generated from IDM databases to which LX provides You via any means.

  • You agree not to use the Application Content in any manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any other party.

  • The Customer acknowledges that following such expiry the Customer will no longer receive updates or Support for the Lt LabStation Application, Content and/or Documentation.

  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Application, Content, and the Marks.

  • The operation of the Application and the necessary operating system software, hardware, and utilities on Supplier’s host computer system; furnishing Supplier Product to Application users; storing Content; and making the Application, Content, and Supplier Product available to Application user(s) via the Web Site, as more fully described in Exhibit A.

  • Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to reject, refuse to transmit or post, block, or remove any posting (including Application Content), or to restrict, suspend or terminate Customer’s access to all or any part of the Services at any time if Customer has violated the AUP or these Terms or to prevent harm to Company’s business or reputation.

  • You acknowledge and agree that by using the Licensed Application, you may encounter Application Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, violent, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate, as judged by You or others.

  • Notwithstanding expiry of this Agreement, the licence for Users and Administrators to use the version of the Lt LabStation Application, Content and Documentation that was in their possession at the time of expiration (in accordance with this Agreement) shall survive (unless the Service Provider has made the Lt LabStation Solution available to you or the Customer on a Trial, in which case clause 3.7 shall apply).

  • Your continued use of the Application, Content and Services will be deemed Your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

  • As between Customer and Matterport: (a) Customer retains all rights, title, and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Developer Application(s) and Developer Application Content; and (b) Matterport retains all rights, title, and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Matterport APIs, Matterport SDKs and, save to the extent expressly stated otherwise in this PSA, the Matterport Content.

  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Application, Content and the Marks.


More Definitions of Application Content

Application Content means all such content to be displayed in the Application/Software.
Application Content means any content, functionality, data or materials (including any text, graphics, logos, audio and software) made available to you on or via the Applications by MedicalDirector i but for the avoidance of doubt excludes Patient Data. Application Integrations means MedicalDirector-endorsed applications or products that integrate or interface with MedicalDirector Helix, the On-premise Applications and any other similar systems made available to you by MedicalDirector. Australian Consumer Law means the law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth). Clinical Decision Support Prompt (CDSP) is defined in clause 15.1(c) Exhibit A.

Related to Application Content

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.
