Application of Amounts in Trust Accounts Sample Clauses

The 'Application of Amounts in Trust Accounts' clause defines how funds held in trust by one party are to be managed and disbursed. Typically, this clause outlines the specific purposes for which the trust account funds may be used, such as paying certain obligations, fees, or distributing proceeds according to the terms of the agreement. For example, it may specify that funds can only be released upon fulfillment of certain conditions or upon receipt of proper documentation. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and proper allocation of funds, thereby protecting the interests of all parties involved and minimizing the risk of misuse or misappropriation of trust monies.
