Arbitration Dispute definition

Arbitration Dispute means any Dispute other than an Expert Dispute;
Arbitration Dispute is defined in Section 2.10(b).

  • Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, any conflict or disagreement arising out of the interpretation, implementation or compliance with the provisions of this Agreement shall be finally settled pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 (Arbitration; Dispute Resolution) of that certain Contribution Agreement by and between Intelligroup, Inc.

Arbitration Dispute means all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, or the parties’ performance hereunder or thereunder, involving amounts less than Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) and excluding any action for specific performance or other equitable remedy arising out of or relating to Article II of this Agreement, Article VIII of this Agreement, the Escrow Agreement or any claims for fraud, intentional misrepresentation or an intentional and knowing breach of a covenant set forth in this Agreement.
