Asset Assignment definition

Asset Assignment means the Asset Assignment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, which shall be entered into in connection with the conveyance of Assets from the Sellers to TFI on the Closing Date.
Asset Assignment. The meaning specified in the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
