Assignee of Record definition

Assignee of Record means an Assignee whose beneficial interest in the Partnership has been recorded on the books of the Partnership and is the subject of a written assignment, the effective date of which has passed.
Assignee of Record means an Assignee who has acquired a beneficial interest in one or more Units whose ownership has been recorded on the books of the Fund and which ownership is the subject of a written instrument of assignment, the effective date of which assignment has passed.

Assignee of Record means an Assignee who, in compliance with Section 16 hereof, has acquired a beneficial interest in one or more Units, or any part of a Unit, and whose ownership of such Units has been recorded in the books of the Partnership, but who has not been admitted as a Substitute Limited Partner of the Partnership.
